Step 1: You need to download the sign-up form and fill
out the Medical Statement. If you have any "Yes"
answers on your form, please see your physician before
you sign-up. Click here to download the form. It is an
interactive pdf form which you can print and bring with
you to the first session of your class.

Step 2: Confirm the dive course fees with us, then pay
your course fee on-line, clearly stating the details. Click
here for the payment page and more information about
on-line payments.

Step 3: If you need any additional texts or books for
your course, we will mail it to by priority mail, or if you
live in Fort Lauderdale, you can collect it from us.

Step 4: You self study the theory in the comfort of your
home in your own time, whatever is convenient for you.

Step 5: Once you have completed the theory, you
schedule your in-water training with us.
